    Question: Is there a difference between the doctrine of

    of Remission of Acts 2:38 and Forgiveness of sins in Col 1:14?

    Thought : If there is a proven difference between Remission and Forgiveness, a person must choose the right doctrine.

    II. What and Who was the Repentance of Acts 2:38 for?

    A. Israel denied their Messiah

    B. John 1:10 Jesus came unto His own (Israel)?

    C. John 19:50 Israel denied their King

    D. John 19:7 Israel denied Christ as the Son of God

    III. Peter and the 11 Apostles are witnesses unto the People

    (Israel) that Christ is the Son of God,

    A. Matthew l6:13-16 Son of the Living God

    B. Luke 24:45-49 Witnesses

    NOTE: Luke 24:47 Repentance and Remission of Sins

    Beginning at Jerusalem-Acts 1 :12, Acts 2 : 1-5

    NOTE: The Forgiveness of Sins here is a reference to

    But for Israel, through the message of Peter, sins would not be gone until the 2nd coming of Christ,

    Revelation 20 Based on Revelation 19:11-21 2nd Coming of Christ. The

    Times of Refreshing based on the 7th day or 7th 1000 yrs

    Israel Day of Atonement.

    According to our calendar, we are off some years. There is

    also a 7 year Tribulation period before the 1000 year Kingdom.

    So no doubt the catch out of the Body of Christ-I Thessalonians 4:13-18

    could be at any time and then the Tribulation on Israel

    could begin.

    V. What was the Apostle Paul's mcssage and who was Hesent to?

    A. Acts 26:13-18 The Lord Jesus Chrisst sent Paul to

    the Gentiles

    B. Romans 11:13 Paul the Apostle of the Gentiles

    C. Galatians 2:7 Gospel of the Uncircumcision (Gentiles)

    D. Galatians 1:11-12 Paul's Gospel was given by revelation

    NOTE: Paul revealed His Gospel (Romans 2:16, Romans 16:25,

    I1 Timothy 2:8, My Gospel) To Peter and the other

    Apostles because they didn't know Paul's Gospel

    E. I Corinthians 15:l-4 P auls Gospel was the Gospel of Christ

    NOT THE Gospel of the Kingdom (Matthew 10:7 or

    VI. Paul's Gospel was a Gospel of Forgiveness not Remission

    A. Ephesians 1:7 Redemption through His Blood,

    Colossions 1:14 Forgiveness of Sins

    B. Colossians 2:13 Forgiveness of all trepasses

    C. Ephesians 4:32 Forgiven for Christ's sake

    D. Romans 5:11 The Body of Christ

    NOTE: The Body of Christ has already got Atonement

    E. II Corinthians 5:19 The Body of Christ has already been

    Reconciled

    NOTE: Daniel 9:24 lsraells reconciliation comes at the

    end of the tribulation or 1000 yr Kingdom, the

    7th day which is Atonement

    VII. Paul the Apostle of the Gentiles message is to receive and trust

    A. Romans 5:17 Righteousness a gift

    C. Romans 6:25 Gift of God

    NOTE: Compare Matthew 19:16-21 vs Ephesians 2:5-9 and

    D. Ephesians 3:l-3 Paul's message is to Gentiles

    E. Acts 26:l1-18 Only Paul's message will open Gentiles

    NOTE: Acts 13:38-39 Paul preaches forgiveness of sins

    and no justification by the Law of Moses,

    DO YOU WANT REMISSION OF SIN? WHICH YOU CANNOT HAVE.

    WHY NOT TRUST THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS WHICH YOUR APOSTLE PREACHES TOYOU AS A GENTILE.
